First 30 days
Up to ten logged hours of agreed administrative work, weekly summaries, a final written procedure and a handoff video are included. Supply roles, permissions, forms, policies, tool details, licences and confirmation of a current backup.
Hosting, premium licences, physical office services and round-the-clock support are excluded. Billing workflows, extra hours and integrations are separate extras.
