Should I ask about a service in its comments or here?
I want to know whether a particular seller can deliver an editable version of a file.

Ask on the service listing when the answer depends on that seller’s offer. Name the file format you need and ask whether it is included in the base service or available as an extra. A community question is a better fit when the answer applies across listings, such as how to compare extras or recognize a practice order.
