These directories are operated by the publisher. Its FAQ explicitly says they are not traffic-focused sites; this package does not promise referral visitors or independent editorial coverage.
The source describes standard submission for indexing after delivery. The separate paid indexing-submission extra is not included in this price. Search engines decide which pages to index, so no indexing percentage or local ranking is guaranteed.
